I had Easymedia installed with WoltLab forum v 4.1/2.1 but after upgrading to version 5.3.5 I reinstalled the new version of Easymedia but none of the previous images/videos are showing? Is there a way to get the latest version of easymedia show my exisiting images/videos?

What do you mean by reinstall?
If you uninstall EasyMedia, all your data will be lost.
If you try to upgrade from the old version to 5.3.5, you will have to upgrade from the package server.

I did uninstall it to upgrade the forum. I did check and I still have all the easymedia data in the database or what looks to be the easymedia tables.

If you uninstall it, the tables will be deleted and by reinstalling it will be created clean.
So all data are lost.
You need to restore a backup and then you have to update the system with EasyMedia, not just the forum.

The data for easymedia is in the database but when I installed easymedia it didn't import what was already in the database. I'm alittle confused .

The system is not designed for this.
If you want to keep any data, you must restore
a backup and don't uninstall EasyMedia. The.n Upgrade the forum with EasyMedia and run the rebuild data worker in ACP.

I upgraded the forum when there wasn't a easymedia version that was compatible with version 5.5 of the woltlab forum. I upgraded when the old developer stopped updating it. I' can restore the old forum then upgrade it. I've been running the new forum since early 2022.
I guess I've lost everything in the gallery for users and more.
